Staff Forms are internal forms that are partially fillable online by the applicant. In many cases the applicant starts the form by adding his/her personal data, such as name, address, SSN, driver’s license number, and other identifying information. The recruiting staff can then update the form as events occur. Staff Forms capture any necessary applicant-specific data directly from the employment application, and then allow you to apply additional information to the form online as needed. Staff Forms can be updated and saved, including an electronic signature, as often as necessary without ever being printed to paper, scanned, or placed into a file. They are accessed through the applicant’s Document Manager page and can be downloaded as a PDF or emailed to other parties as needed.
