Can I remove questions regarding criminal history from my driver applications?

In response to the initiative known as “Ban the Box,” CDLSuite supports trucking companies that are required to remove felony and criminal history questions from their truck driver applications. Ban the Box is an international campaign aimed at persuading employers to remove the check box that asks if applicants have a criminal record from their hiring applications.
To easily comply with any Ban the Box regulations, we make making criminal history questions a client-controlled option on their online driver employment applications and consent forms. Simply look for the option "Remove felony and criminal history related questions from driver application" and check the box.
