Why can't I find an applicant's file in the list of applicants?
Typically, an applicant’s file can’t be seen because it has been archived at some point during the hiring process. After clicking on “View Leads/Applicants/Hires” on your Profile Home Page, you will be taken to the “View Applicants” page. Under the “Applicants” tab you will have the option to “View Archive”. Click this option to search your list of applicants. To the right side, under Action, choose “Restore” to return the applicant’s file back to the original applicant tab.
