Why would I need a QuickApp?
The typical DOT compliant driver application is 15 to 25 pages long. As a result drivers are often reluctant to tackle the entire application without first talking with a recruiter about the merits of the opportunity and the likelihood of landing a job. Rather than missing out on applicants who are unwilling to complete the full application, many carriers will present prospects with a short version of the application just to capture the candidate's contact information. Capturing the candidate's contact information provides the recruiter with an extended opportunity to sell the opportunity to the candidate and ultimately get the full application completed.
