Leads
Leads are prospective candidates who have not yet completed a full application. A Lead record is created each time a prospective candidate completes a QuickApp, or alternatively when a recruiter creates a Lead record in the Leads tab on behalf of a prospective candidate. Use of the Leads stage is not required. Leads are accessed by clicking on the "View Leads/Applicants/Hires" tab from the Home page and selecting the "Leads" tab.
