CDLSuite provides multiple options for viewing and printing completed applicant forms.
Accessing Applicant Forms
From the Home Page, select Applicants.
Select an applicant's name.
On the Document Manager page, locate Completed Driver Forms.
Choose an option:
Driver Application: View the completed employment application.
Grid View: View application information in a grid format.
Print Version: Open a printable version of the application.
Form Name: Select an individual form to view it.
Print: Located at the bottom of the form list.
